About the Author
Karen Katz enjoys designing costumes, creating quilts, and printmaking, and she has a special interest in folk art from around the world. A book designer for many years, Ms. Katz says the inspiration for "Over the Moon" came after she and her husband went to Central America to adopt their daughter, Lena.
